The products and services sold by Plum Ethical are available to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By visiting and using the Plum Ethical website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Over time the terms and conditions may change, and your continuing use of the website signifies your acceptance of the terms.

Prices

The prices of any item cannot be confirmed until your order is accepted, see below under Orders for more information about order acceptance.

All the prices shown on the site are in GBP. Conversions to other currencies are also provided, but only as a guide the to final price you will pay. For international orders, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the point when your credit card company processes the transaction.

Please note that any import duties applicable to purchases as they enter your country are your responsibility.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

When you place an order you will be sent an email to the address you entered during the order. This email will detail what you have bought and the price. At this point you may cancel the order by following the instructions in the email. When your product is despatched we will send you another email to let you know, and at this point your order has been accepted.

If your order is not accepted we will let you know, telling you the reason, for example the item may have gone out of stock, or we may not be able to have your payment authorised.

Payment

All major cards are accepted as payment, see the list at the bottom of this page.

Payment for ordered items and any postage costs is taken when you place your order.

Item descriptions

Every care is taken to describe items accurately, and to show representative images on the website. However slight variations in colour and description may occur. Plum Ethical shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, and any liability claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
